- Most requests are confirmed within the hour. For urgent or same-day needs we ask members to mark the message accordingly on WhatsApp.
- Do I need to be a member?
- Yes. Conserjio is by invitation only. You may request an invitation in a few sentences and a member of our team will write back personally.
- Do you handle post-surgical recovery on a stay?
- Yes — we coordinate with the surgeon's notes and the doctor at home, and most members keep the same physio across the visit so the plan is continuous.
