Most of the villas we hold quietly in Puerto Banús are marina-side apartments with direct access to the yachts and the pier, and villas in Nueva Andalucía just inland. We meet you at the door, walk the house, and leave a single number to write to for everything from a forgotten phone charger to a Saturday dinner. The marina is busy by day and busier by night; July and August fill the diary weeks ahead.
Banús itself is mostly apartments — marina-front and a few rows back — and our book here reflects that: short, well-staffed stays for yacht weeks and summer weekends. Where members want a villa with garden and pool, we point them inland to Nueva Andalucía or up to Sierra Blanca, both ten minutes by car, and arrange a driver to keep the marina close.
