- A strength coach builds a written programme around your numbers and coaches the lifts week to week. Members usually come to us because they already train and want someone serious about the bar — squat depth, bench arch, deadlift set-up — rather than a general conditioning session.
- Can the coach come to a home gym?
- Yes, where the setup allows — a barbell, a rack, plates to the load you train at. For members without a home rig we use the better-equipped gyms in town and book the slot ahead so the bar is free.
